How to Apply to the Mediator?
Any of the parties to the dispute can apply to the mediator.Some or all parties may apply to the mediator. If all parties do not apply to the mediator together, the mediator invites the other parties of the dispute to the mediation process in accordance with the request for dispute resolution of the applicants.In case of acceptance by all of the parties, it shall invite the parties to mediate negotiation by determining the appropriate date and time for the parties.
In the mediation procedure, the parties have no obligation to comply with a specific procedure as in the courts. The process is carried out in such a way that the parties are completely confidential with the voluntary and active participation of the parties.
